As I enter into this sweet and last trimester of life—after decades immersed in career, work, and relationships—there is one thing I know for sure, "the world was made to be free in." This is from David Whyte's iconic poem Sweet Darkness. The siren call of this truth is almost deafening. It's time.

Join me within the collaborative spaces tiled on the home page, or in the free journey map below—Way of the Monarch.

It's glorious to join you here in the family of beings.

Way of the Monarch is an embodied book that mimics the monarch butterfly's extraordinary path of transformation from consumer to pollinator (crawling to flying). Before we can fly free, we must shed our burdens first, soften the ego, and awaken the imaginal self.

This journey is deep, penetrating, experiential, fun, romantic, comforting and ulimately liberating.  Drop in if you want to break free from the anxious collective.

Shed the Old

Awaken the Imaginal

And Fly Free

Imagine that.

I didn't set out to write a book of poetry. I simply responded to meeting the extraordinary Emily Dickinson via Apple's Dickinson series during lockdown.

During that binge, I came to discover that some truths refuse to be spoken in ordinary language. They arrive instead as image, rhythm, and symbol. Again and again, poetry is the place where forgotten parts of self find their way home. And in doing so, they heal.

My hope is that somewhere within the pages of this cathartic soul-merge, you'll discover a poem that meets you exactly where you are—and provides some comfort or some recognition of what lies just beneath the surface of your own experience.

My Background

For more than thirty years, I have lived and worked at the intersection of human potential, leadership, career development, organizational systems, and personal transformation.

Professionally, I have served leaders, executives, boards, physicians, scientists, pharmacists, and professionals navigating periods of growth, transition, challenge, and reinvention. My work has included executive search, leadership coaching, workforce strategy, succession planning, crisis navigation, and organizational development within complex healthcare and corporate environments.

Alongside this professional work, I have spent decades studying the forces that shape the human experience—including nervous system science, attachment, relational intelligence, conflict, communication, mythology, story, living systems, leadership, adult development, contemplative practice, and the enduring questions of meaning and purpose.

My teachers have come through formal study, professional training, trusted mentors, great books, courageous clients, community, marriage, motherhood, grief, uncertainty, failure, wonder, and life itself.

I do not believe transformation occurs because someone possesses the perfect certification or the right answer.

I believe change becomes possible when two people enter a conversation with honesty, curiosity, courage, and a willingness to see what is true.

What I offer is depth and truth.

It is a grounded partnership informed by decades of experience, continual study, and a deep respect for the intelligence already living within you.
