I join you here as faithful steward of what matters—and that is you and me, right now.

Somehow our paths have crossed and there is a chance we may actually connect in some small or more sustained way.

As I enter my last trimester of life, after decades immersed in career, work, and relationship work—there is one thing I know for sure, "the world was made to be free in." This is from David Whyte's iconic poem Sweet Darkness. The starkness of this truth is almost blinding.

The question arises, are you living free, or are you trapped?

My own vital spark and courage to walk the hot coals of real life has led me to the role of elder mentor and guide. I indulged in 10  years of analytic therapy with my husband and found that the greatest breakthrough came via Polyvagal Theory just last year.

My life studies encompass the great thinkers of old and of today, including Carl Jung, Viktor Frankel, Emily Dickinson, Barbara Erlichman, Dr. Stephen Porges, Robert Greanleaf—to name a few.

I offer you depth care and guidance, and ultimate liberation from the blind forces that entrap the heart and mind.

Join me within the collaborative spaces tiled on the home page, or one-on-one to unlock the navigation system inside of you that delivers nurturing relationships with work, partners, children, community, and self.

My Background

For more than thirty years, I have lived and worked at the intersection of human potential, leadership, career development, organizational systems, and personal transformation.

Professionally, I have served leaders, executives, boards, physicians, scientists, pharmacists, and professionals navigating periods of growth, transition, challenge, and reinvention. My work has included executive search, leadership coaching, workforce strategy, succession planning, crisis navigation, and organizational development within complex healthcare and corporate environments.

Alongside this professional work, I have spent decades studying the forces that shape the human experience—including nervous system science, attachment, relational intelligence, conflict, communication, mythology, story, living systems, leadership, adult development, contemplative practice, and the enduring questions of meaning and purpose.

My teachers have come through formal study, professional training, trusted mentors, great books, courageous clients, community, marriage, motherhood, grief, uncertainty, failure, wonder, and life itself.

I do not believe transformation occurs because someone possesses the perfect certification or the right answer.

I believe change becomes possible when two people enter a conversation with honesty, curiosity, courage, and a willingness to see what is true.

What I offer is depth and truth.

It is a grounded partnership informed by decades of experience, continual study, and a deep respect for the intelligence already living within you.
